Casual dining chain ASK Italian has struggled to drive frequency through its email-based loyalty program (ASK Perks) for several years. Following the success of the Zillionaires’ Club loyalty program for its sister brand, Zizzi, ASK wanted to explore the potential of an app-based program in increasing customer retention. The goal was to create a seamless and intuitive loyalty app that would simplify the rewards process, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately increase repeat visits through delightful and user-centric design.
Ongoing Confidential Project
This is an ongoing project and while specific details can’t be shared publicly at this time, I can provide an overview of the work I’ve done to those who get in touch. Although the project is still in development, we anticipate improvements in customer engagement and loyalty metrics post-launch.
